Family and
Social Services
The Social & Family
Services consist of social and family
services as well as Education and Community
Outreach Programs for the benefit and
welfare of the Delaware Nation members that
may not meet the program criteria of
federally funded education programs.
The Tax Commission Education funded programs
along with the Higher Education Program and
10% Social Services Program are for members
that reside anywhere in the United States.
The Adult Education, Job Placement &
Training Program, Direct Employment
Assistance and other related programs are
for persons residing within the Bureau of
Indian Affairs (BIA) Anadarko Agency
jurisdiction. The counties are Caddo,
Cotton, Tillman, Comanche & Kiowa.
The Child Welfare Program (ICW) and Child
Care Development Fund (CCDF) Program provide
services in the areas of Caddo, Comanche,
Grady, Oklahoma, Cleveland and Canadian
counties. However, we will assist tribal
members who live outside these counties and
in the entire state of Oklahoma on a
case-by-case basis.
